Job Description
As a Casual Sales Consultant at iStore Mall of Africa, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience by engaging with shoppers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions using Apple technology. Your role includes product demonstrations, answering customer queries, and assisting them through the sales process. This is a casual position, best suited for individuals looking for a flexible work schedule. Full training on Apple products and store systems will be provided to ensure your success.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
Deliver product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of Apple products
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
Support the store in meeting sales targets
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
Keep up to date with the latest Apple products and services
Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer service
Work flexible hours, including weekends and peak shopping periods

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Matric / Senior Certificate (minimum requirement)
Some sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
Passion for and knowledge of technology, especially Apple products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic retail environment
