Job Description
The Cashier will be responsible for handling customer transactions efficiently and accurately while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer payments accurately
- Issue receipts and manage daily cash reconciliations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
- Support team members during peak hours
