Job Description
The Cashier A2 will be tasked with handling all cash transactions within the health center. This includes daily revenue collection from clients or patients, reconciling collections, and depositing funds with either the principal cashier or the health facility’s bank account. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy in financial documentation, and adherence to financial policies and procedures. The Cashier A2 will also support coordination of cashier-related operations and work closely with the Health Center Manager.

How to Apply
Collect revenue from health facility clients/patients on a daily basis.
Submit the final amount of cash collected each day to the principal cashier for deposit.
Ensure that all revenues are deposited into the designated health facility bank account.
Maintain accurate records and filing of receipts for consultations, medications, and complementary tests.
Coordinate cashier operations to ensure accurate and timely financial entry.
Support entry operations of the fund and ensure financial integrity.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
No prior work experience is required.
Core Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic financial management and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
High integrity and accountability in handling funds.
