Job Description
Secondary Education for Girls Advancement (SEGA) is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to provide essential care and support for students with physical disabilities. The role involves assisting students with daily living activities, health maintenance, and providing a compassionate environment to help them achieve their full potential.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist students in the morning before class and after class.
- Bath students before and after class.
- Assist with toileting (helping with bowel movements).
- Perform catheterization as required.
- Help students with washing their clothes.
- Assist students in making their beds daily.
- Assist children in dressing and putting on diapers.
- Support students during self-study time, e.g., reading storybooks.
- Offer health and mental counseling.
- Guide students through their daily exercises.
- Assist with any other need that may arise and that may be assigned by the supervisor.
