Job Description
The Business Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans that align with HiiT Plc’s objectives for the Lekki Branch. This includes resource management, sales and marketing execution, customer relations, and branch performance monitoring. The role requires strong leadership, digital marketing proficiency, and ICT knowledge to ensure business growth, maintain brand reputation, and achieve profitability targets.

Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet management objectives.
Manage all branch resources, including staff, assets, customers, and general operations.
Drive marketing initiatives to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Lead generation and conversion to boost customer acquisition and retention.
Leverage digital marketing tools and social media platforms to enhance visibility.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Ensure branch productivity standards are met or exceeded.
Oversee customer relationship management and maintain high service standards.
Monitor and evaluate business performance, providing periodic reports.
Safeguard and promote HiiT’s brand reputation in the Lekki market.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 2:2).
MBA or specialization in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in business management in a corporate environment.
Experience in marketing and customer relationship management preferred.
Familiarity with the Nigerian ICT education sector is desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong business management and leadership skills.
ICT and social media savvy.
Digital marketing and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Zoom, and Zoho platforms.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong creativity, integrity, and drive for excellence.
Other Requirements:
Not older than 35 years.
Ability to resume by September 2025.
