  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or performance monitoring.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and drive accountability across departments.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and forecasting skills.
