How to Apply
Identify and engage potential corporate clients for HR consultancy services
Conduct market research to generate new leads and target sectors
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Develop customized proposals and presentations for client needs
Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably within HR consultancy
Proven track record of successfully closing complex deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve business goals
Strategic mindset and client-focused approach
