How to Apply
Pipeline Development: Build and manage a pipeline of business opportunities across ASIGMA’s business units in alignment with defined strategies and targets. Provide regular feedback and market insights to management.
Business Development Support: Actively support business units by identifying leads, scheduling meetings with key decision-makers, and driving growth initiatives.
Relationship Management: Leverage personal and professional networks to manage client relationships and promptly respond to inquiries from new and existing partners.
Market Mapping & Intelligence: Continuously research and map the business landscape, maintaining a robust database of potential and existing clients aligned with business strategies.
Content Dissemination: Promote ASIGMA’s services by distributing shareable content and initiating contact with potential clients to secure meetings and presentation opportunities.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing networking events, industry forums, and client engagements. Maintain an up-to-date events calendar.
Bachelor’s degree (Second Class or above) in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
5+ years’ experience in business development, relationship management, client acquisition, or retention is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across private, public, and development sectors.
Experience in B2B and B2B2C business development models.
Exceptional communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to effectively promote ASIGMA’s services.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with a “can-do” attitude.
High attention to detail, strong report writing abilities, and the ability to tailor content for various audiences.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous learning and growth.
Team player with a strong sense of initiative and energy.
