  • Bachelor’s degree (Second Class or above) in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is required.

  • 5+ years’ experience in business development, relationship management, client acquisition, or retention is a strong advantage.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across private, public, and development sectors.

  • Experience in B2B and B2B2C business development models.

  • Exceptional communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to effectively promote ASIGMA’s services.

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with a “can-do” attitude.

  • High attention to detail, strong report writing abilities, and the ability to tailor content for various audiences.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.

  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous learning and growth.

  • Team player with a strong sense of initiative and energy.
