Job Description
The programme provides graduates with a robust learning journey centered around exposure to Cloud, Web, Digital, and Automation technologies across multiple banking platforms and channels. Participants will work closely with technology teams to deliver fully tested solutions, apply software development skills, attend team-building events, stay updated with emerging tech trends, and provide ad hoc reporting and analytics to support business decisions. A personalized learning and development plan, along with mentorship, ensures a smooth transition into the professional world.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with technology teams to build and deliver fully tested technology solutions based on business requirements.
Apply software development skills in practical, real-world projects.
Participate actively in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and practices.
Provide ad hoc reporting, insights, and analytics to inform and support business decision-making.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Final year undergraduate, Honours, or Master’s Degree (completed or currently completing in 2025) in:
Computer Science
Mechatronics / Robotics
Electronic Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Informatics, Information Systems
Software Engineering
Minimum Requirements:
South African citizen
Under 30 years of age
No more than two years' work experience
Minimum of 65% average across all years of study
