The Business Analyst will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business requirements. This includes gathering, documenting, and translating business needs into technical specifications, conducting comprehensive solution testing, and collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize digital customer experiences. The role also involves analyzing internal and external data, identifying areas of process improvement, and supporting agile methodologies to ensure rapid, quality-driven delivery of digital solutions.

How to Apply
Strategic Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed business analysis and document requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications.
Develop comprehensive test cases and lead user testing efforts.
Analyze customer feedback and design optimal solutions.
Benchmark industry practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance digital customer experiences.
Operational Responsibilities:
Elicit requirements using interviews, workshops, surveys, and workflow analysis.
Consolidate and translate requirements into actionable formats.
Evaluate and improve business processes and systems.
Conduct root cause analysis of issues and suggest solutions.
Assist with benchmarking activities and interpret results.
Ensure technical quality assurance before user acceptance testing.
Leadership & Culture:
Ensure products meet both sponsor and consumer requirements through rigorous testing (UAT, SIT, unit testing, etc.).
Partner with business and project teams to optimize operations.
Foster knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
Corporate Governance:
Adhere to internal policies, standards, and best practices in project execution and delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Proficient in business process modeling and requirements gathering.
Familiarity with digital transformation and customer experience optimization.
Agile methodology knowledge is a plus.
Experience with testing tools and requirement traceability matrices.
