The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for promoting client products through in-store marketing and sales efforts, ensuring optimal product visibility, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes administrative responsibilities, planning and executing promotional campaigns, and meeting sales targets. The successful candidate must be highly persuasive, adaptable, and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic retail environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Perform administrative duties related to product marketing and promotions
Drive sales through in-store customer engagement and product demonstration
Implement promotional strategies effectively to boost brand visibility
Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
Support marketing campaigns to meet and exceed sell-out targets
Provide detailed product information to customers
Collaborate with retail staff and report on promotional activities

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in retail, sales, and promotional marketing
Skills and Competencies:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Sound product/category knowledge
Negotiation and persuasive selling skills
Effective planning, prioritisation, and multi-tasking ability
Tech-savvy with basic technological skills
