Job Description
As a Bartender / Mixologist, you’ll be an essential part of the team, creating memorable experiences for guests. Your role involves crafting delightful beverages, ensuring impeccable service, and maintaining a vibrant bar atmosphere.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Mixology Mastery: Create exquisite cocktails and other bar beverages following hotel standard drink recipes.
Beverage Preparation: Skillfully prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Wine and Beer Service: Serve wine and beer to guests with warmth and courtesy.
Garnish Expertise: Arrange bottles and glasses to create attractive displays.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage beer, wine, spirits, and bar tools ordering.
Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed in all menu items, garnishes, contents, costing, and preparation methods.
Fresh Ingredients: Maintain stock, cure, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables.
Beer Menu Creation: Collaborate with Brewpub Brewery staff to draft a beer menu.
Stock Maintenance: Ensure appropriate stock levels for all bar items.
Innovation: Push the boundaries of mixed drinks, experimenting with flavors.

Qualifications and Competencies
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry
Skills:
Proficiency in beer, a la carte menu, various liquors, and wines.
Familiarity with POS systems and garnishes.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and stock levels.
