To proactively promote a deep relationship-based offering related initiatives and activities aimed at creating value for the client and the bank (i.e. optimising client experience, building deep relationships and create profitability for the bank).

  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with business clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized banking solutions.

  • Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within the local business community.

  • Financial Analysis: Analyzing the financial statements and performance of business clients to assess creditworthiness and recommend appropriate banking products and services.

  • Credit Assessment: Evaluating credit applications and conducting risk assessments to determine the level of credit exposure and terms for lending.

  • Loan Origination: Originating and structuring commercial loans, lines of credit, and other financing solutions tailored to the needs of business clients.


  • Cash Management: Advising business clients on cash flow management, liquidity, and treasury services to optimize their financial operations.

  • Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional banking products and services such as merchant services, investment products, and insurance.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management procedures to mitigate operational and credit risk.
