Job Description
The Associate Financial Analyst will assist in the financial and commercial analysis of land sales, infrastructure development, and other investment opportunities. The role involves collaborating with various departments to create and maintain robust business plans, financial models, and investor documents. The successful candidate will support deal origination and execution and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. This position provides a valuable opportunity to be part of a fast-growing real estate and urban development team focused on transforming urban landscapes in Ghana.

How to Apply
Conduct financial and commercial analysis of land sales and development projects
Create and update business plans and financial models for real estate infrastructure components (power, water, telecoms, etc.)
Prepare high-quality presentations for senior management using financial insights and visual data
Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies
Assist in maintaining up-to-date investor information memoranda
Support various stages of deal origination and execution as guided by senior staff

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in financial analysis
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Familiarity with valuation techniques and general accounting principles
Solid understanding of financial markets and practical financial applications
Desirable Skills:
CFA certification is a plus
Prior experience in real estate or city planning is an added advantage
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
