How to Apply
Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure adherence to internal and regulatory quality standards.
Monitor sanitation procedures and personal hygiene practices to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, and other food safety management protocols.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results, hygiene audits, and any corrective or preventive actions taken.
Participate in internal and external audits, assist with report preparation, and follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution.
Report any quality or hygiene deviations and support root cause investigations and implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Assist in delivering training sessions related to hygiene and quality standards to improve staff awareness and compliance.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure consistent product quality and hygienic standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in food quality control; experience in retail is an added advantage.
Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, or FSSC 22000 is required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
Good communication, reporting, and documentation abilities.
Team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
