Job Description
The Altea Flight Management system ensures aircraft operate safely according to manufacturer recommendations by optimizing factors like cargo, fuel, and baggage placement. The system also enhances fuel efficiency, reducing CO₂ emissions.
As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for building a high-performing, self-organized, and customer-focused team. Your role will include:
Coaching and developing team members through career path planning and training.
Leading recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
Driving efficiency, engagement, and self-organization within the team.
Supporting software delivery and interactions with stakeholders.
Ensuring the team meets performance expectations and delivery goals.
Contributing to the future development and vision of the Flight Management system.

Experience in the travel IT industry (a plus).
