The Assistant Team Leader will oversee a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and support to ensure optimal performance. The role involves monitoring team progress, setting strategic goals, resolving conflicts, and contributing to client satisfaction. The candidate should have a proven sales track record, strong leadership capabilities, and an interest in online trading, particularly Forex and CFDs. They will also be responsible for guiding the team in reaching sales goals and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in online trading (Forex, CFDs, Options, etc.) is preferred.
Demonstrated success in sales and team leadership.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
A strong interest in the financial markets and helping teams achieve results.
