Assistant Lecturer Special Needs Education job at Kampala International University

To supervise and mentor students in their academic projects, fieldwork and internships.
To teach courses in special needs education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, using appropriate methods and materials.
To supervise and mentor students in their academic projects, fieldwork and internships.
To conduct and publish research in the area of special needs education, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and practice.
To participate in curriculum development, review and evaluation, ensuring that the courses are relevant and up-to-date.
To engage in community outreach and service, collaborating with stakeholders and partners in the field of special needs education.
To perform any other duties assigned by the head of department or the university management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a Master's Degree.
Must have an established academic and research profile.
Demonstrate experience and capacity to deliver on the expectations of the University.
Must be able to work and fit in the environment of a fast-growing University.
Delivery of research-based projects.
