We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Administrator. As the Assistant Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting administrative functions within our Jinja Branch.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the office and management team.
Manage and maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
Prepare reports and other correspondence as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Assist in HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, uniforms etc.
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.

Minimum Requirements and Competencies
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
