Job Description
As part of the Apple Retail division, the Sales Consultant will proactively engage customers to understand their needs, showcase Apple’s cutting-edge products and services, and ensure high-quality customer experiences. The role requires strong knowledge of retail operations, stock management, and customer service practices. The consultant will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless operations while continuously developing skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Managerial experience will be an added advantage for candidates interested in growing into leadership roles.

Qualifications
Matric/High School Diploma required.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of customer-facing retail experience, preferably in electronics.
Managerial experience is an advantage.
Competencies
Proficiency in POS systems, Syspro, and iOS (advantageous).
Strong understanding of retail operations and stock management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Team player with excellent collaboration abilities.
Passion for technology and delivering customer-focused solutions.
Proven ability to exceed sales targets and deliver results.
