Job Description
The Analytics Engineer II will independently design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable data models and pipelines, collaborating with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to meet business needs.
The Analytics Engineer III, in addition to the responsibilities of Level II, will lead strategic data architecture initiatives, implement automation for data quality, mentor junior team members, and drive technology innovation. Both roles require strong skills in data quality, governance, cloud data warehousing, and self-service analytics solutions.

How to Apply
Design, develop, and optimize data models and ETL/ELT pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
Monitor data pipelines for reliability, performance, and accuracy, and resolve issues as they arise.
Implement and enforce data quality standards and governance practices.
Enhance business intelligence (BI) tools, dashboards, and self-service capabilities.
Document data models and processes for future reference and maintenance.
(Level III Only) Lead strategic data architecture design initiatives.
(Level III Only) Drive technology innovation and evaluate new tools/technologies.
(Level III Only) Mentor junior team members and lead data initiatives.
Analytics Engineer II
Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
2–4+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
Strong understanding of data modeling, transactional and analytical.
Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with ETL/ELT pipeline development.
Familiarity with BI tools (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
Analytics Engineer III
Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5–7+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
Deep understanding of data governance, quality, and analytics best practices.
Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline frameworks (Airflow, dbt, Spark).
Proven experience designing and deploying complex data architectures in cloud environments.
Experience with large-scale data warehouses and streaming data systems.
Excellent leadership, project management, and mentoring skills.
