Help farmers make the right decisions on what agricultural inputs to buy.
Assist in sourcing for Quality, genuine and affordable agricultural inputs for farmers. Identify all key suppliers of all inputs sold, make orders from them, arrange for their transportation to different branches.

Help farmers make the right decisions on what agricultural inputs to buy.
Assist in sourcing for Quality, genuine and affordable agricultural inputs for farmers. Identify all key suppliers of all inputs sold, make orders from them, arrange for their transportation to different branches.
Carry out Field visits to all farmers sourcing Agro Inputs from Omia Agribusiness
Determine farmer needs in terms of agricultural inputs.
Identify and document all farmer challenges with inputs sold.
Seek for innovative solutions to address farmer challenges with inputs.
Ensure all farmers are properly profiled in the Omia Agribusiness Database. Make an effort to follow up with all farmers that have purchased inputs from the shop.
Take all records of sales made (cash and invoice), stock in coordination with other staff.
Provide periodic reports to the supervisor.
Provide farmers with linkages to Markets for their produce.
Represent the interests of Omia Agribusiness in meetings, events, farmer training sessions and any other representation.
Regularly communicate to management all issues concerning agricultural inputs, extension, and market linkages.
Keep informed on current agronomic product trends, problems, services, and resources.
Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Be ready to listen, learn and openly share opinions with the other Team Members. No dishonesty.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You must have a Smartphone.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet navigation
Education
A Diploma in Crop Production and Management
Experience in similar position is an added advantage.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing attending to farmers at the Outlet.
Ability to ride a motorcycle is an advantage as the position will occasionally involve field visits.
Language Requirements for:
Arua: English, Lugbara-Ti, and Arabi is an added advantage.
Adjumani: English, Ma’di, and Arabic is also an added advantage.
Gulu: English, Leb Acholi, and Leb Lango
