Job Description
As an Advertising Assistant, you will be responsible for managing real estate listings on marketing platforms, executing advertising campaigns, and maintaining strong online presence across social media channels. You will work remotely with the sales and creative teams to develop engaging marketing content, analyze market trends, and ensure strategic advertising that drives growth and brand engagement. This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive monthly salary between ₦250,000 and ₦300,000.

List and manage properties on various marketing platforms
Execute advertising campaigns across digital and social media channels
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence
Strategically allocate advertising budgets for maximum return on investment
Maintain and build relationships with media outlets and advertising partners
Collaborate with sales teams to align advertising with property listings
Monitor advertising performance and suggest improvements
Identify trends in real estate marketing and apply innovative advertising techniques
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum of SSCE/OND/BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field
Strong online advertising knowledge or training
Good internet connectivity and ability to work long hours online
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to work remotely and independently
Willingness to undergo training if underqualified
Experience or interest in real estate is an added advantage
