Job Description
The Administrator: Stores is responsible for verifying incoming goods, ensuring accurate storage, issuing items to internal and external stakeholders, and performing logistics and customer service duties. This role includes handling customer repairs, managing stock integrity, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring professional interactions at the front desk. The incumbent must uphold high standards in stock control, documentation accuracy, and customer engagement, while maintaining a safe and orderly environment.

How to Apply
Inspect incoming deliveries, check for damages, and report discrepancies
Process goods accurately within the Mustek system
Pick, pack, and distribute orders efficiently
Handle stock with care, ensuring correct storage and minimal damage
Maintain shelf organization and proper labeling
Assist sales staff and respond to internal queries
Participate in stock counts and maintain updated stock sheets
Prepare and capture waybill information for outgoing goods
Provide front-counter service including booking in and return of repairs
Validate and verify customer collections with complete documentation
Follow up on uncollected repairs and escalate unresolved issues
Operate warehouse equipment (trolleys, pallet jacks) safely
Conduct driver duties including timely and accurate deliveries
Ensure vehicle maintenance and compliance with road safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and order in the store area
Minimum Qualifications:
Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in warehouse/stores/dispatch/stock control, preferably in the ICT industry
Skills and Competencies:
Basic knowledge of stock control systems and warehouse operations
Familiarity with ICT products and handling requirements
Good time management and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication (oral and written)
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to use warehouse systems and general administrative tools
Strong interpersonal skills with professional conduct under pressure
Health and safety awareness
