Job Description

Yookatale, a mobile food market for selling, buying and advertising food products and services in Uganda invites qualified applicants to fill the vacant post of Administrator manager to work with yookatale.com

Administrative manager, services and facilities managers plan, direct, and coordinate activities that help an organization run efficiently.
Staffing, directing, communicating, coordinating, motivating

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail

  • Effectively communicates and implements company policies

  • Supervise and delegate tasks

  • Maintain contact lists

  • Maintaining office software

  • ⁠Performing other relevant duties when needed

  • ⁠Planning meetings

  • Submit expense reports

  • Update yookatale policies as needed

  • Answering phone calls

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Maintains yookatale supplies inventory

  • Organize travel arrangements or events on social media.

  • Book travel arrangements

  • Bookkeeping

  • Managing & building databases

  • Order supplies to different departments

  • Organize and schedule appointments

  • Research and create presentations

  • Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities

  • Answer queries by employees and clients

  • Arranging calendars and making appointments

  • Compiling reports

  • Data Entry
