Office Management:
Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure that all necessary items are stocked and readily available.
Organizing and maintaining office files, documents, and records, both in physical and electronic formats.
Overseeing office facilities and coordinating repairs or maintenance as needed.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls for executives or team members.
Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
Assisting with event planning and logistics for company meetings, conferences, or other special events.
Communication and Correspondence:
Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Drafting and formatting correspondence, emails, memos, reports, and other documents on behalf of executives or team members.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
Inputting data into databases, spreadsheets, or other software systems accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining and updating databases, contact lists, and customer or client information.
Generating reports, summaries, and analyses from data as requested.
Administrative Support:
Providing general administrative support to executives, managers, or team members, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
Assisting with the preparation of presentations, proposals, and meeting materials.
Conducting research, gathering information, and compiling data for various projects or reports.

Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, or any other relevant qualification. Experience
At least one (1) years' experience in the field of administration.
Skills
Computer literate, able to use Microsoft office Applications (MS Excel, MS Word, Power point) Behavioral attributes
Excellent communication, planning and organising skills.
Interpersonal teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask.
