Enabel is the Belgian development agency. It implements the Belgian governmental cooperation. The agency also implements actions for other national and international donors.
With its Belgian and international partners Enabel provides solutions to address urgent global challenges: Climate Change, Urbanisation, Human Mobility, Peace and Security, Social and Economic Inequalities and Global Citizenship.
With 2.000 staff, Enabel manages about 170 projects in twenty countries, in Belgium, Africa and the Middle East.
Joining Enabel as an Administrative Assistant, you will be directly reporting to the Financial Controller and you will perform the following key tasks;
You manage incoming and outgoing mail for Enabel.
You organise External and Internal Meetings
You manage the front desk
You ensure availability of Office Supplies

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Administration, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Proven practical experience of at least 2 years in Administration or Project Administration in a reputable organization, institution or company.
Proven knowledge and experience in daily Administration & Office Management;
Very good communication skills: both professional and interpersonal skills;
Very good computer skills, especially MS office programmes (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
Ability to exercise a high level of integrity in handling the organizations resources (both financial and physical resources);
Ability to work and easily adapt in a multi-sectoral and Multicultural work environment;
