Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant at Kampala Hospital, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Your duties will include managing patient registration, scheduling appointments, handling general inquiries, and processing medical records. You will also support guest relations, collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth hospital operations, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling patient information.

How to Apply
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and clients at the front desk.
Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and general inquiries.
Manage incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Assist in processing medical records and maintaining accurate documentation.
Support guest relations and ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hospital operations.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling patient information.
Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative tools.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle patient interactions with empathy and professionalism.
