Job Title: Admin/Finance Assistant (No Experience Jobs)
Organisation: Masir International
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
The ‘Admin/Finance Assistant’ will be responsible for tasks such as record/book keeping, managing accounts receivables/payables, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting. While also providing general administrative support.

How to Apply
Finance;
Record keeping
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
Prepare and reconcile financial statements, bank statements and reports
Process invoices and payments
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Manage petty cash
Administrative;
Maintain office records and files
Answer calls, emails and handle correspondences
Schedule meetings and appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements and field visits by sales team
Order office supplies
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
Sales
Act as first point of contact
Provide excellent customer service
Diploma in areas of; Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, commerce or any business related field
Computer knowledge is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to speak both English (mandatory) and Luganda (optional)
Resident of KYEBANDO or surrounding areas like; MULAGO, KANYANYA, MPERWERE, BAHAI, KALERWE, BUKOTO, KAMPALA QUALITY etc.
No experience required for this position.
