Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Department, the Accounts Assistant – Receivable ensures accurate and timely posting of customer transactions, manages distributor returns and reconciliations, and maintains records for both stock and credit control. The role involves working closely with sales, distribution, and warehousing teams to ensure consistency in data management and compliance with financial procedures. It is ideal for candidates with a strong background in accounting systems, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

How to Apply
Post distributor market returns in the system.
Record supermarket and wholesaler Goods Returned Notes (GRNs).
Post credit notes related to supermarket yellow copies.
Post bank deposits for rejected milk sales, jerricans, and non-finished products.
Post distributor deposits for commissions and rebates.
Reverse bounced checks in the accounting system.
Oversee daily reconciliation of fresh milk from all distribution routes.
Monitor stock movement in finished goods warehouse, depots, shops, and mobile stores.
File daily sales invoices from distributors.
File market returns and GRNs from supermarkets.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business Studies (Accounting option).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts receivables.
Must have completed at least CPA Section 4.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory.
Proficiency in Syspro software is a strong advantage.
Good IT skills with working knowledge of Excel and accounting systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
