Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and expanding MUI’s client relationships. This includes overseeing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure, identifying upsell opportunities, and enhancing customer lifetime value. You’ll serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with customer needs.

Required:

  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a remote, asynchronous environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in software or developer-focused tools
