Job Description
As an Account Executive – Sales, you will handle incoming leads, assess client needs, and guide potential customers through the sales funnel. Your primary responsibility will be to articulate the benefits of Real Geeks’ technology solutions and convert qualified leads into customers. You will also collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless sales process and post-sale experience. Success in this role is measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and build strong client relationships.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage inbound leads from various channels including web and phone inquiries
Conduct needs assessments to understand client goals
Present and explain Real Geeks’ product features and benefits
Recommend personalized solutions that align with client requirements
Maintain accurate records and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools
Address client objections and guide them through the decision-making process
Collaborate with marketing on campaign feedback and lead quality
Work with the Customer Success team for smooth client onboarding
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven success in a sales role, preferably in SaaS or real estate tech
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Core Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Team-oriented with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
