Job Title: Collection/Relationship Officer (4 Positions – Kampala)

About the Role:
Uwezo Microfinance is seeking passionate and disciplined individuals to join our team as Collection/Relationship Officers. These roles are field-based and ideal for individuals who thrive on building customer relationships and ensuring timely loan repayments. If you're a proactive communicator and committed to excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Collect loan repayments securely, accurately, and on time.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repayment.
Educate clients on loan terms, schedules, and the importance of financial discipline.
Identify early warning signs of repayment challenges and implement corrective measures.
Submit accurate daily collection and performance reports.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Microfinance, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years in field sales, customer service, or loan collections (advantageous).
Language: Must be fluent in both Luganda and English.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Integrity: High level of trustworthiness in handling cash and sensitive client information.
Age Range: 20–35 years.
Gender: Females are strongly encouraged to apply.
Remuneration & Benefits:
Starting Net Salary: UGX 400,000
Additional Incentives: Commission and performance bonuses
