Key Responsibilities

4. Table Maintenance

   • Clear and reset tables after guests leave.

   • Keep tables clean and organized during service.

5. Billing and Payments

   • Present the bill to customers and handle payments efficiently.

   • Ensure accurate processing of cash, card, or mobile payments.

6. Health and Safety

   • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.

   • Handle glassware, cutlery, and plates with care to avoid accidents.

7. Collaboration

   • Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service.

   • Report customer feedback, complaints, or special requests to the manager.

8. Other Duties

   • Restock items such as napkins, utensils, and condiments.

   • Participate in daily cleaning and maintenance of the dining area.
