How to Apply
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
Provide menus and answer questions about menu items, specials, or general inquiries.
Offer suggestions and assist customers in making food and drink choices.
Order Management
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
Ensure that orders are prepared and delivered promptly.
Food and Beverage Service
Serve food and drinks professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor guests’ needs and promptly respond to additional requests.
Table Maintenance
Clear and reset tables after guests leave.
Keep tables clean and organized during service.
Billing and Payments
Present the bill to customers and handle payments efficiently.
Ensure accurate processing of cash, card, or mobile payments.
Health and Safety
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Handle glassware, cutlery, and plates with care to avoid accidents.
Collaboration
Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Report customer feedback, complaints, or special requests to the manager.
Other Duties
Restock items such as napkins, utensils, and condiments.
Participate in daily cleaning and maintenance of the dining area.

Requirements:
• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
