Join Our First Cohort of Graduate Fellows
We’re seeking ambitious, creative, and purpose-driven young professionals to join our inaugural Graduate Fellowship Program. As a Fellow, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the future of school logistics, community commerce, and educational access in Uganda.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Available Fellowship Roles
Sales Fellow (REF: Sales) - Lead outreach to schools and parents, build and manage a sales pipeline, close deals, and drive growth across key regions.
Accounts Reconciliation Fellow (REF: Accountant) - Handle daily sales reconciliations, manage vendor accounts, and monitor margins to ensure financial accuracy.
Partnerships & Community Fellow (REF: Partnerships) - Develop strong networks with schools, NGOs, and community organizations to expand Skooli’s reach and brand visibility.
Logistics & Distribution Fellow (REF: Logistics) - Coordinate delivery operations, optimize last-mile logistics, and manage vendor and partner relationships within Skooli’s distribution network.
Fundraising & Community Investment Fellow (REF: Fundraising) - Engage community investors and impact funders, build fundraising campaigns, and share Skooli’s story with partners and accelerators.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Who We’re Looking For
Recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–2 years experience) in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or Community Development currently based in Wakiso or Kampala, Uganda.
Individuals passionate about education, innovation, and community-driven solutions.
Self-starters eager to learn, grow, and create real, on-the-ground impact.
