The Credit Assistant provides administrative support to the credit team by assisting with the processing of credit applications, performing credit assessments, monitoring outstanding accounts, and ensuring compliance with company credit policies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial documents.

How to Apply
Credit Evaluation: Assist in the review and assessment of credit applications and financial documents (e.g., balance sheets, income statements) to determine creditworthiness.
Data Entry and Documentation: Enter credit-related data into the system, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to collect necessary information or clarify discrepancies in their financial history or credit applications.
Credit Limits and Terms: Help set and adjust credit limits based on analysis, ensuring they align with company policies.
Accounts Monitoring: Track customer accounts, ensuring payments are made on time and follow up on overdue accounts or potential risks.
Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on credit risk, overdue accounts, and the status of accounts for senior management.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
Customer Support: Answer queries related to credit terms, outstanding balances, and other relevant credit policies.
Filing and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate files for credit-related correspondence and applications.
Age: 25 – 35 years
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Tally accounting system
Strong understanding of credit control and financial record-keeping
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
