Job Title: Finance & Compliance Assistant

Location: Kampala – Bukoto, Uganda
We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Compliance Assistant to support our finance operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in daily financial transactions and bookkeeping activities.
Support preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance reviews.
Monitor internal controls and report discrepancies.
Ensure adherence to company policies, financial procedures, and statutory requirements.
Assist with external audits and coordinate with regulatory authorities.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant work experience.

High integrity and attention to detail.
