• Coordinate day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of the Youth Development Network across its components.
• Apply shared standards and keep referral pathways working between TechCraft, the Slum Sports Platform and the Youth Media Corps.
• Maintain the network's digital tools and data so youth experience one coherent network rather than separate programmes.
• Work closely with the teams running each component to align delivery and track outcomes.
• Broker partnerships across public, private and development actors that create opportunities for youth.
• Implement strategy and mobilise resources to sustain and grow the network.
• Lead and manage teams and build systems that support data-driven change across informal settlements.
• Report on network performance and demonstrate employment, health and education outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in global youth development, public health, technology development, business strategy and entrepreneurship or a related field; a bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of exceptional, relevant and demonstrated experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in tech development, entrepreneurship, global development, strategy and project implementation or related areas.
• Experience leading teams or programmes at a senior level in Kenya and at least one other East African country.
