Work Readiness Program – Fresh Graduates (Degrees & Diplomas)

• Participate in structured internship placements with host organisations across various sectors
• Build practical, hands-on work experience in a professional environment
• Develop key workplace skills including communication, teamwork, time management, and professionalism
• Attend work readiness training sessions and workshops as part of the programme
• Complete assigned tasks and projects under the supervision of mentors and supervisors at host organisations
• Submit periodic reports and participate in programme evaluations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Fresh graduate with a University Degree or Diploma from a recognised institution
• Must not have prior formal employment experience (transitioning directly from education to the workforce)
• Open to graduates from all academic disciplines
