• Designing and customising responsive websites using WordPress themes and page builders.
• Assisting in front-end web development using HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript.
• Optimizing website speed, performance metrics, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshooting website layout bugs, broken links, and CMS technical issues.
• Updating web content, images, blog posts, and client product catalogues.
• Implementing basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices on web pages.
• Collaborating with graphic design and digital marketing teams on web assets.
• Participating in website testing, security updates, and regular backup management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Design, or related field.
• Demonstrated practical knowledge of WordPress CMS platforms and web design tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web hosting control panels (cPanel).
• A portfolio of web design coursework or personal projects is an added advantage.
