Description (Public)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the WASH/Health team in alignment with T&UM's vision and mission
- Develop quality and integrated WASH/Health strategies
- Design and implement appropriate WASH infrastructure/technology options
- Provide ongoing supervision and technical support to WASH/Health staff
- Lead implementation of WASH/Health programs within scope and budget
- Conduct staff training needs assessment and recommend capacity building
- Monitor and evaluate program performance against targets
- Ensure compliance with sector policies and standards
- Provide mentorship and coaching to WASH/Health staff
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources, or related field
- Experience in WASH program management
- Knowledge of WASH infrastructure and technology options
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Technical WASH expertise
- Cross-cultural sensitivity
- Christian faith commitment aligned with T&UM values
