• Receive, unpack, inspect and pack incoming pharmaceutical products according to handling guidelines.
• Organise and label pharmaceutical stock across designated storage areas.
• Assist in regular physical inventory counts and reconcile stock against system records.
• Update digital stock records and maintain documentation for goods in and out.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow material-handling instructions.
• Keep work areas clean, orderly and compliant with health and pharmaceutical standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams so that customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time.

Qualifications & Experience:

• UACE or Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in warehouse management, pharmaceutical handling or logistics is an advantage.
• Understanding of inventory control, stock management and warehouse safety.
• Basic computer literacy for recording stock movements.

• Physical stamina, attention to detail and safe handling of delicate products.
