Warehouse & Logistics Documentation Specialist

• Prepare, verify and maintain warehouse documents including GRNs, delivery notes, waybills, stock transfer documents, picking lists and issuing documents
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing tiles and sanitary ware are supported by correct documentation
• Verify product codes, descriptions, quantities, batch details on warehouse documents
• Record and maintain accurate records of all stock receipts, transfers, issues and dispatches
• Reconcile physical stock movement documentation with system records
• Update warehouse and inventory systems accurately and on time
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly warehouse documentation reports
• Support stock counts, audits and inventory reconciliation exercises

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Records Management or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse documentation, logistics or inventory control
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution or building materials environment is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems
