Waitresses

• Welcome and attend to guests in a warm, professional, and timely manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and drinks to guests according to established service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining and service areas
• Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate where necessary
• Process guest bills and payments accurately
• Set up and clear tables before and after service

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum S.4 UCE Certificate
• Prior experience as a waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment is required

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, friendly, and professional
• Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Good memory and attention to detail
