Elite Jobs Rwanda is recruiting a friendly, customer-oriented Waitress on behalf of a confidential hospitality client in Remera, Gasabo, Kigali.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly and politely
Present menus and explain available food and beverages
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
Check customer satisfaction and respond to requests
Prepare and arrange tables before and after service
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
Process bills and payments when required
Handle customer complaints professionally and report serious issues to management

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Female candidates only
Previous experience as a waitress is an advantage
Ability to communicate in English and Kinyarwanda

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Order accuracy, teamwork and cooperation
Time management, organization and attention to detail
Honest, reliable and responsible
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
