Hotel Saint Jean Léopold, a hospitality establishment in Kanombe, Kigali, is hiring 3 Waitresses to deliver exceptional dining service, ensure a memorable guest experience and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and escort them to their tables, creating an inviting ambiance
Accurately take customer orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff for timely preparation
Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality meet established standards
Assist guests with menu navigation, answer questions and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings and service stations, throughout the shift

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

High school education
Less than 2 years of experience; previous experience in a hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage
Intermediate English

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
Good communication skills and teamwork
Attentive to guests, well-presented, punctual and responsible
Commitment to high standards of service and cleanliness
