CJ's is recruiting waiters and waitresses for its Nairobi restaurants. The role serves guests in a fast-paced dining environment and keeps service standards high, and fresh hospitality graduates are encouraged to apply.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Welcome guests and take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks promptly and to the restaurant's service standards.
Explain the menu, recommend dishes and handle special requests.
Keep tables, service stations and the dining area clean and well presented.
Process bills and handle payments correctly.
Work with the kitchen and bar teams to keep orders flowing on time.
Maintain impeccable grooming and a welcoming manner with every guest.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or degree in Hospitality.
Fresh hospitality graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
One year of fast-paced serving experience is an added advantage.
Eager to learn and ready to put in the work.
Excellent English communication.
