• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and to the expected standard.
• Set tables, keep service areas clean and clear tables after service.
• Advise guests on the menu and up-sell items where appropriate.
• Handle bills and payments accurately and hand over cash as required.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the service area.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate or diploma in food and beverage service, hospitality or a related field.
• Experience as a waiter in a restaurant, hotel or bar is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic hygiene and food handling requirements.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good memory and attention to detail when taking orders.
• Polite, presentable and welcoming to guests.
• Able to work quickly under pressure during busy periods.
• Fluent in English and Luganda.
