• Perform maintenance work on plant equipment including UPS systems, generators, elevators and transformers.
• Diagnose, clean, repair and replace defective machine parts.
• Draft technical data sheets and maintain machine files in the maintenance management system.
• Participate in improving and implementing maintenance procedures for machine efficiency.
• Provide technical support to the maintenance team.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as directed by the maintenance manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a busy environment.
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the food or beverage industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with carbonated soft drinks or water treatment plants is preferred.
