• Ensure bakery products are delivered on time and in the correct quantities.
• Verify goods against delivery notes and invoices and obtain customer acknowledgement.
• Assist in loading and offloading products and inspect them before loading.
• Confirm customer payments, issue receipts and reconcile daily sales with the cashier.
• Collect market returns with proper authorisation and maintain accountability for returned products.
• Collect delivery crates from customers and monitor crate movements to prevent losses.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments and returns and report discrepancies.
• Maintain courteous customer relationships and forward new orders to the bakery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• O-Level education or above.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Certificate of Good Conduct or proof of application.
• Physically fit for loading and delivery work.
• Honest, organised and attentive to detail.
